Synopsis
In Monchoux, a small Swiss village nestled on a mountainside, the residents seemingly have everything to be happy. However, at the beginning of spring in 1970, the community experiences an unusual commotion. Is it because of the upcoming vote to grant women the right to vote? Or is it because of the upcoming referendum on the deportation of foreign workers? No, it's even worse: the village brass band has imploded!
